Today is the first class of my 3rd term. In UX class we learned about what UX design is. It consist of Competitive design, affinity mapping, creating personas and identifying user problems. The purpose of performing a competitive analysis is to gain insights into the competition and uncover opportunities to improve a company's products, services, and strategies. So we should research our competition so our site is better. The creation of personas involves collecting data through user research, such as user interviews, user surveys, and other types of user feedback, to identify common patterns and behaviors among target users. Personas are used to help designers, developers, and marketers understand their target audience better by creating shared understanding, empathy and having a clear picture of who they should design or market for.
