Competitive analysis- the process of analyzing your competitors to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and to determine how you can differentiate yourself in the market

Affinity mapping: a visual tool used to organize and categorize ideas or information into groups based on their relationships or similarities

Creating personas: this involves creating fictional characters that represent your target audience to help you better understand their needs, behaviors, and motivations

Identifying user problems: the process of identifying the pain points or challenges that your target audience experiences when interacting with your product or service

Competitive analysis: When conducting a competitive analysis, you want to gather information on your competitors' products, pricing, marketing strategies, and customer reviews.
